Nuba students in Uganda feel neglected by SPLA-N

Hundreds of Nuba students at schools in Uganda report difficulties because of high school expenses.

John Suleiman, a head of the Nuba Mountain Students Union in Uganda, told Radio Tamazuj Wednesday that students are facing challenges in terms of education and accommodation costs.

Suleiman further said the majority of those students dropped out of schools after they were separated from their parents after the conflict broke out in South Kordofan in 2011.

He pointed out that about 400 students are currently studying at various levels in Uganda, while blaming the SPLA-N leadership in Uganda for neglecting challenges the Nuba students are facing.
