The commencement of crops harvesting season in different parts of South Sudan’s Northern Bahr al Ghazal region has gladdened local residents.

Local farmers are happy that the crops this season have been good, saying they have got good production more than last year.

Albino Deng, a citizen in Aweil state, told Radio Tamazuj on Thursday that their livelihoods have improved after this year’s harvesting season. “There are changes in people’s living conditions,” he said.
