More than 20 new cholera cases have been recorded in Damazin and Roseires towns in Sudan’s Blue Nile State, a medical source said.

More than 20 new cholera cases have been recorded in Damazin and Roseires towns in Sudan’s Blue Nile State, a medical source said.

 The medical source who preferred not to be named told Radio Tamazuj yesterday that most of the new cholera cases were recorded in the north of Damazin town.

He revealed that a woman died of cholera in Roseires town on Sunday. The source pointed out that the Roseires Hospital received more than 13 cholera cases on Monday, according to the same source.
