Six newly appointed county commissioners took the oath of office today before the Central Equatoria Caretaker Governor Juma Ali Malou at the state Secretariat. The governor has urged the outgoing commissioners to continue cooperating with the new ones.
“I urged our commissioners to unite our people so that our people are united and work hard because development doesn’t come just like that, development comes when people are united and work hard. Let us take development and improve the insecurity,” Malou said.
The new commissioners are:
Stephen Wani, Juba
Samuel Henry Malimu, Yei
Yasir Moru Kenya, Terekeka
Mary Apai Ayiga, Moroba
Henry Kala Sabuni, Kajo-Keji
Augustino Kiri Gwolo, Lainya
