A source confirmed to radio Tamazuj that some ministers, led by the State Information Minister Derik Alfred, have retained their positions, while also new faces appeared.

Last July, 2013, South Sudan’s president Salva Kiir had downsized the national ministries to match with the austerity measures in South Sudan following the oil shut down by the Khartoum government last year.
