National dialogue steering committee begins meetings in Juba

The steering committee of South Sudan’s national dialogue has started preparatory meetings at Freedom Hall in Juba on Tuesday.
The committee’s secretary, Alfred Taban told reporters that the first meeting discussed the agenda to be presented at the beginning of the dialogue.
Last week, President Salva Kiir invited all parties to the dialogue except rebel leader Riek Machar, saying he will cause chaos in Juba.
