South Sudan’s national dialogue deputy co-chair Gabriel Yoal Dok said arrangements are in place to dispatch delegations to the states.
Dok told Radio Tamazuj yesterday that three delegations are ready to travel to the Upper Nile, Eaquatoria and Northern Behr al Ghazal regions to talk to citizens about the national dialogue process.
He revealed that there will a grassroots conference in the states to help come up with the national dialogue agenda in the county.
Dak reiterated their readiness to talk with all parties which are rejecting the national dialogue in order to bring about peace in the country.
In May, President Kiir launched the national dialogue body to organise the national dialogue expected to include the armed opposition to address the root causes of the conflict.
However, the opposition hinted that it will not be part of the process, describing it as “bogus.”
