Fuel shortage has affected operations of MTN network in Ikotos county of Eastern Equatoria State, an official said.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj last Friday, Maurice Ladu Wani, the county’s Executive Director said the problem has persisted for weeks. He appealed to the company’s management to restore the network.
For his part, David Mushoke, the branch manager for MTN in Torit confirmed that fuel shortage had affected the network in the area.
“Our fuel truck got stuck on the road, but it is transporting fuel that will last for three to four months. We also have backup guys who are on the ground,” he explained.
