More wounded in Nuba Mountains bombings

The Sudanese Air Force on Sunday to Tuesday bombed several areas of Nuba Mountains, killing livestock and wounding nine people, according to the spokesman of SPLA-North.

On October 28  the government warplanes dropped bombs that caused the death of the child Mama Alamin Saeed aged 7 years, and injured four children of one family who are: Majdi Alamin Bashir aged 13 years, Mawahib Alamin Bashir aged 11 years, Málagi Alamin Bashir, Mardi Alamin Bashir aged 9 Years, and the citizen Khadija Said Coco aged 35 years.

According to a statement from the Office of the SPLM-N spokesman Arno Ngotolo Lodi, other bombs on the same day fell at Um Heitan, and the SPLM-N responded by targeting SAF and its militias camp  outside Um Heitan and killed Major Abdul Rahman Abboud the camp commander.

The statement also noted that an Antonov plane dropped bombs on Karkri, Sardaba resulting in death of one child, Alkarar, Alatamor villages at Um Dorein and Al Buram area have been attacked on October 30th from 8am to 3pm, also 7 bombs on Alkōtang led to the deaths of 12 heads of cattle, and destruction and burning of farm on Monday.

SPLM-N in its statement asserted that they will strongly respond in defense of the citizens.

Arno Ngotolo told Radio Tamazuj the SAF continued bombarding villages in South Kordofan and Um Dorein, and accused Khartoum government of targeting citizens, considering it as a project of starving them to death by air bombing of farms and cattle and preventing the humanitarian organizations from proving aid to the affected people.  

On the other hand a citizen at Al Mendil village, west of Dilling mentioned that the Sudanese Air Forces continued bombardment of villages before Eid Al Adha and injured wives of Mansour a farmer the first one is called Garb Al Sham and the second is Alsora Abdullah in their farm.
