More troops deployed in East Darfur to combat crime

The governor of Sudan’s East Darfur Anas Omer has announced security measures and deployed more troops to combat criminal acts.

Last Thursday unknown gunmen fired an RPG shell at a National Security residence in East Darfur but it miss it and killed a woman and injured four students.

The governor told Sudan Media Center that anyone who is found guilty of committing crimes that affect the security and stability of the citizens will be dealt by the emergency law which was announced earlier.
