Members of the Maridi state legislative assembly have recently summoned the state minister of health, Demo Silver to answer questions over the lack of equipment, persistent power outages and poor pharmaceutical management at the main hospital.
For his part, Minister Demo admitted some of his mistakes, but he blamed the national government for delaying the distribution of medicines to the states.
However, he promised to improve some services in the state hospital.
