At least one man was confirmed dead when a latrine collapsed in Juba on Wednesday, eyewitness said.

The incident occurred during the construction of a new latrine in Hai Referendum. Over the past four days, there have been heavy rains in Juba which also contributed to latrine's collapse.

Police come the following day and recovered the body.
