South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir on Friday evening promoted a number of ambassadors to different grades.
In a decree read on the South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation, Kiir also relieved David Marial Gumke of his duties as deputy Interior Minister. He replaced him with Gen. Mangar Buong Alueng.
In another decree, Kiir cancelled the name of Philip Oyoba Ghaza as the Commissioner of Ibba County, after he relieved Elisama Charles Baba of his duties.
