The administration of Khartoum University has refused to comply with the Supreme Court order in November 2017 to reinstate five students who were dismissed after a sit-in protest.
The five students were dismissed in January last year after organizing a sit-in protest against a government plan to sell iconic Khartoum University buildings.
Abdel-Hafiz Gasum, one of the dismissed students, said they have been denied entry to the university because the administration has presented another petition to the Supreme Court.
The complaining student accused the university administration of trying to stop them from sitting for examinations next week.
