Khartoum and Juba accuse each other of destroying Heglig oil fields

Sudan and South Sudan have accused each other of destroying the oil fields at Heglig seized by the South Sudanese army last week. Sudanese government spokesman Abdallah Ali Massar denied media reports that the Sudanese army had sabotaged the oil infrastructure in Heglig. Massar told the Sudan news agency SUNA that Khartoum has no intention to attack the oil fields and said if any vandalism has occured in Heglig it is infact the work of the South Sudanese army.
