Kadugli citizens decry rising prices at market

Residents of Kadugli town in Sudan’s South Kordofan state report price increases at the market despite recent harvesting of crops in the area.

Traders said goods including sorghum, sugar, cooking oil, and other items have risen in prices recently, without providing further details about the problem.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Monday, several local residents expressed discontent about expensive prices of essential commodities.
