The Vice Chancellor of University of Juba John Akech has issued a decision suspending five lecturers after demanding his removal in December last year.

Prof. John Akech suspended the President of Academic Staff Association Philip Finish, financial secretary of the association and three lecturers.

According to the order, the suspended lecturers have been holding meetings without informing the university administration.
