Juba University Administration is reported to have said the university may be forced to close down due to a funding shortage, accoding multiple sources that include staff and workers.

University workers have not received their salaries for two months due to lack of financial resources, and there is also a lack of office stationary.

Juba University has around 13,000 students across 13 colleges.
