The University of Juba, one of the top higher learning institutions in South Sudan, has opened a new collage in Gogrial State called Kuacjok Community College.

The new college is now offering courses in Public administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics and Banking, Rural Development and Communication and Business Administration.  

Ajou Ajou, Registrar of the Kuacjok Community College, said all courses being offered in the new branch are geared towards enhancing human resource development in the area.

He pointed out that 2014 admitted students had already registered and started their classes on 26 September month.

Several students welcomed the initiative saying the new college in Kuacjok town will allow them to pursue their education locally.
