Internally displaced people in UN Protection of Civilians Site in Bor of South Sudan’s Jongeli State say most parts of the camp including the only health facility is under water after heavy rains pounded the town.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday, several residential inside the UN camp said they are now vulnerable to many diseases associated with stagnant water and called on the UN to dig trenches that will drain the water from the camp.
They said many families’ shelters are affected by the flooding.
