In a statement seen by Radio Tamazuj yesterday, the association of the Hawazma tribe, accused the SPLA-N rebel group of involvement in the incident. The community called on the SPLA-N to carry out thorough investigations into the killing of its sons.

For its part, the SPLA-N issued a statement denying any involvement in the attack, pointing out that its army has no presence in Al-Hujairat area.

The rebel group promised to investigate the incident.
