On Saturday Al Jazeera broadcast a secretly filmed video that caught South Kordofan governor Ahmed Haroun telling Sudanese soldiers to ‘bring back no prisoners and clear the area out of all burdens’.

Luis Al Campo told the news channel that this was an admission of war crimes and showed that Haroun is repeating the same behavior in South Kordofan that orchestrated conflict in Darfur.

Haroun is wanted by the international criminal court for his part in war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed against Darfuri citizens since 2003.
