A man was shot and wounded on Tuesday evening after unknown gunmen attacked his Lorry near Al-Rafa village in Al-Tadamoun Locality in Sudan’s South Kordofan State, according to several eyewitnesses.

The wounded was identified as Abdelbaqi Al-Adeni.

The eyewitnesses told Radio Tamazuj yesterday that Abdel-baqi was shot in his right leg and that he is now receiving treatment at the hospital. Reportedly, the wounded was shot by two men in military uniform.

Other sources indicated that another Lorry was robbed by unknown criminals in the north of Al-Rafa village last week, saying local authorities have not been able to apprehend the perpetrators.
