Gunmen raid 90 camels in al-Farshaya in Sudan’s South Kordofan

Citizens in Dilling locality of Sudan’s South Kordofan state told Radio Tamazuj a group of gunmen driving land cruisers attacked camel herders from the Maalia tribe about 3 kilometers from al-Farshaya.

They added that 90 camels were raided, accusing elements from the SPLA-North rebels of being behind this attack.

“Gunmen attacked camel herders near al-Farshaya about 3 kilometers and raided 90 camels,” one witness said.

Radio Tamazuj was unable to contact the SPLA-N for comment.
