Gunmen kill Sudanese young man in Ruweng state

A young man from Sudan’s South Kordofan state was killed on Sunday by gunmen at Ajuong Thok refugee camp in South Sudan’s Ruweng state, a relative said.

A young man from Sudan’s South Kordofan state was killed on Sunday by gunmen at Ajuong Thok refugee camp in South Sudan’s Ruweng state, a relative said.

The deceased was identified as Bortrous Samuel Habila.

The relative, who preferred anonymity, told Radio Tamazuj that Samuel was attacked by unknown gunmen at his kiosk where he was charging telephones.

“When he was working, Unknown gunmen came and asked him to give them new telephones but he told that no new telephones. The gunmen broke into the kiosk after disagreements and shot Samuel dead,” he said.

He pointed out that the perpetrators managed to escape.
