A trader in Juba was shot dead when gunmen forcefully broke into his house in Kator residential area during Christmas Eve. The gunmen came at night and stole an unconfirmed amount of cash.

The armed men also terrorized families who were neighbors of the slain trader and stole their mobile phones. Sources said the deceased was a trader who sold sweets and cakes in Konyo Konyo Market in Juba.
