The five-day conference in the Jonglei’s border town brought together Bieh governor Moses Majok, Jonglei Governor Philip Aguer, Fangak Governor John Kong and other local authorities from the three states.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Wednesday, Jonglei state governor Philip Aguer said they organized the talks following rising tensions among communities in Jonglei and Fangak.
