The governor of Gogrial state Gen. Gregory Deng Kuach has called on citizens who left their houses due to inter-communal clashes between the Apuk and Aguok to return back to their homes, saying his government will provide full security.

Governor Deng was speaking to the communities of Alek, Mayom Totin and Ajongo during his weekend tour to those areas.

He further said humanitarian organizations will be able to provide aid assistance when the citizens return to their areas.
