The governor of Gogrial state in South Sudan has issued a gubernatorial order sacking five county commissioners appointed by his predecessor and replaced them with new officials.
Governor Victor Atem Atem, according to the order which became public on Wednesday, removed commissioners of Alek west, Aguok South, Akon North, Kuac South and Apuk South counties.
In a separate order, Atem appointed Deng Akol as Alek West county commissioner , Akol Ngong Ayok as Aguok South county commissioner , Ater Deng Dong as Akon North county commissioner , Maj. Bak Santo Makuac as Kuac South county commissioner and Manut Ngot Riiny as Apuk South county commissioner.
The changes come after the government has relieved from office former deputy governor and replaced him with new official.
He has not made changes in the ministries.
