A secretary of protocol for the Gogrial community association in Uganda has resigned from his position, citing lack of cooperation with the community chairperson.
Jacob Majak Lual Majak, the secretary of protocol accused the community chairman of working alone despite the existence of institutions.
“Due to lack of confidence in the leadership of Gogrial, I would like to inform the office that I have officially resigned as from 28th of March in the position of secretary for protocol,” he wrote.
The official, according to the resignation letter seen by Radio Tamazuj, however said he would remain as member of the body.
