Four abducted children freed in Jonglei after Yau Yau visits Bor

Four abducted children were on Tuesday returned to their families in Bor County of South Sudan's Jonglei state after being abducted from their homes and taken to the Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA).

This came after the Chief Admistrator of the GPAA David Yau Yau visited Bor town on Tuesday.

Jonglei State’s Minister of Information Jodi Jonglei described Yau Yau’s visit as "historic," saying it aimed at finding solutions to social problems that arise between the state and Greater Pibor area.

Jodi pointed out that the return of the four children marks the beginning for the return of other abducted children. He added the visiting official promised to return back the other abducted children from Bor County.
