Yusuf Juac Kundak, former commissioner of Leer County in South Sudan’s Unity State passed away last Friday in the Sudanese capital Khartoum aged 70.

Wilson Juac, who is Yusuf’s brother, told Radio Tamazuj that Yusuf was a prominent Nuer community leader in Unity state.

Yusuf had also worked as head of public service commission in the newly created Southern Liech state.
