Hundreds of Blue Nile refugees who have recently arrived in Bambasi camp in Ethiopia are reportedly facing shortages of food.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Friday, several refugees complained about a delay in the distribution of food rations being given to them by humanitarian organizations.
The new arrivals from Blue Nile have not received food rations this month, a refugee said.
They further said the lack of food forces several families to borrow in order to fulfil households needs. They urged the organizations to set a date for the distribution of food ration and demanded an increase of food rations for all the Blue Nile families living in the camp.
