A child was killed by a fire outbreak Wednesday at Hai El Ismailia in Wau town in South Sudan’s Western Bahr el Ghazal state.
Eyewitnesses told Radio Tamazuj that the incident took place in a house after the mother and father of the child had quarreled, allegedly prompting the wife to set fire to the house.
Police authorities managed to arrest the man and his wife who are now under investigation.
