Two MiG jets targeted the town of Kauda at half past nine in the morning on Sunday with four bombs, causing terror among civilians in the area.
The raid was the second of its kind in recent days, with another attack Friday aimed at the same location at about 10:00 in the morning.
No losses in life or property were incurred in the attacks, but the presence of the aircraft overhead for a prolonged period of time caused great fear.
Civilians have become accustomed to airstrikes by Antonov cargo planes but the MiG attack is more unusual.
A rocket launched by the fighter jet left a crater approximately 15 meters deep and 15 meters in diameter, scattering fragments over a wide area.
