Authorities in Gogrial East County of South Sudan’s Warrap State said at least two people were killed and four others wounded when their car overturned in Wunlit village on Sunday.
Maluach Malueth, Gogrial East County Commissioner told Radio Tamazuj on Monday that the passenger car traveling from the county headquarters to Tonj East County overturned due to speeding.
“The passengers’ car was departing Lietnhom headquarters of Gogrial East County to Maliai payam in Tonj East County. On its way, it overturned at Wunlit village near Luany-Aker town and killed two people on spot, and injured four other people,” Malueth said. “One was severely injured and is now admitted in Lietnhom health center while the other three sustained slight wounds and are receiving their medications in their houses.”
