Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Friday, Fashoda’s minister of local government Maurice Adiang Papiti said a commit formed had tabled the draft constitution before the state cabinet for deliberation before it taken to the state assembly for passing.

He pointed out that the state has been operating without a constitution since its inception. “This is the first time to for us have a draft constitution,” he said.
