One farmer was killed and two others injured in an attack by unknown gunmen at Guli area in Sudan’s Blue Nile State on Saturday, witnesses told Radio Tamazuj.
Farmers at Agedi area expressed concern about a failed agricultural season this year due to attacks they blamed on farmers they blamed on the Sudanese Armed Forces.
They said many farmers have already deserted their fields due to insecurity.
