Deng Deng Aguer, the victim’s brother, told Radio Tamazuj yesterday said his brother was killed in Paloich in June and that the perpetrator was arrested and transferred to Melut prison, but the police tried to release him several times.

He claimed that they caught the perpetrator together with a policeman while trying to leave the prison under the pretext of seeking treatment. Deng pointed out that they handed over the perpetrator to the prosecutor after being stopped from leaving the prison.

Aguer called upon the police to take the accused to court in order to avoid any feud between the two families.
