Be aware of a fake job recruitment portal professing to be South Sudan National Revenue Authority (NRA) advertising for more than 7,000 jobs. This is a fake recruitment portal.

However, the National Revenue Authority Acting Deputy Commissioner for Taxpayers Services and Education, Ngunjock Chuol Dojiok, told Radio Tamazuj they have job vacancies for only 43 positions and will close on the 25th of this month.

According to him, all their recruitment process is carried out by Stirling Consultants Ltd, an assigned recruitment agency.

“Stirling Consultants Ltd carries out the selection process on behalf of NRA. NRA only post the link to its website; if you open the link on the website, it will open the link for the positions and redirect you to the recruitment portal; from there, you can apply for the position you want,” he said.

This is the link to the fake NRA fake job advert portal; upon clicking, users are directed to a platform which claims to be for NRA and contains the NRA logo, with classified jobs and the number of required applications to be filled in 2023/2024 by South Sudanese.

The public is cautioned against such fraudulent websites, which are created to dupe vulnerable citizens or sometimes such websites are designed by online hackers prompting users to click so that they get access to their private information.
