European Union funds agriculture projects in W Bahr al Ghazal

Thirteen agricultural societies in South Sudan’s Western Bahr al Ghazal state have received between 25,000 and 30,000 South Sudanese Pounds each from the European Union.

Thirteen agricultural societies in South Sudan’s Western Bahr al Ghazal state have received between 25,000 and 30,000 South Sudanese Pounds each from the European Union.

Cleto Kanada, Executive Director at Humanitarian Aid Commission in Western Bahr al Ghazal, told Radio Tamazuj the money was donated by through the South Sudan Rural Development Project.

He said the project aims at empowering farmers.
