East African leaders arrive in Juba for peace signing

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Sudanese first vice president, and the Ethiopian Prime Minister have arrived in Juba, according to government sources.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Sudanese first vice president, and the Ethiopian Prime Minister have arrived in Juba, according to government sources.

Meanwhile, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda is reportedly on his way. This comes ahead of a planned ceremony for signing of the South Sudanese peace agreement brokered by IGAD, which President Salva Kiir is scheduled to sign today. 

Dignitaries, IGAD representatives and the media are waiting at State House in Juba for the signing to begin.
