A drunk policeman opened fire at a local market in Aweil South killing five.

Multiple sources reported to Radio Tamazuj that a police office in uniform took beans from a market stall without paying at which the owner, a boy aged 17, protested. The officer shot him and four others, including a woman and traders.

The sources verified that local security forces and police have managed to arrest the shooter and are currently investigating the incident.
