Doctors with Africa hands over health center in Amadi State

A non-governmental organization Doctors with Africa on Tuesday handed over a health facility to Bahr Girinti County of South Sudan’s Amadi State, a local official said.

A non-governmental organization Doctors with Africa on Tuesday handed over a health facility to Bahr Girinti County of South Sudan’s Amadi State, a local official said.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday, the commissioner of Bahr Girinti County Emmanuel Majok Brown said the handover of the 3-room health facility is part of Doctors with Africa’s mission of promotion and protection of health in Africa.

He said the health facility will improve the provision of health services in the county.

While thanking the organization, Majok added that the construction of the facility was a joint venture with the local population who contributed building materials such as bricks and sand.
