Defence ministers begin talks in Addis Ababa

The Sudanese and South Sudanese defence ministers began negotiations in Addis Ababa yesterday afternoon to discuss the roadmap developed by the African Union and UN Security Council resolution 2046. Headed by South African president Thabo Mbeki, they will discuss ending hostilities, withdrawing and redeploying forces and stopping the support of rebel movements against the other state.
