The Commissioner of Tijor County in South Sudan's Terekeka State Joseph Loro Gaitano says there is lack of basic services in his county, especially water sources and education.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, Commissioner Gaitano said the county is lacking water sources, schools and health facilities. The local official called on the relevant authorities and humanitarian organizations in the area to provide water sources and education services in the county.
