Citizens accuse security agents of causing bread shortage in West Kordofan

Residents of Abu Zabad Locality in Sudan’s Western Kordofan State have accused the National Intelligence and Security Service of causing a shortage of bread in the area.

Residents of Abu Zabad Locality in Sudan’s Western Kordofan State have accused the National Intelligence and Security Service of causing a shortage of bread in the area.

The Sudanese government earlier handed over flour distribution from local traders to the security claiming the local traders could support the SPLM-N rebel group.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, several citizens said the security agents sell most of the flour on the black market for their personal gain.
