At least eight passengers including a woman were wounded in a traffic accident on the Raja-Wau road in South Sudan’s Northern Bahr El Ghazal State.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Thursday, the director of Emergency Department in Wau Teaching Hospital, Jongo Ober stated they received eight people wounded in the accident yesterday.
“The car was on its way to Wau town,” he said. “A pregnant woman and an elderly were seriously wounded and they are getting medical attention but still in a critical condition,” he explained.
He noted the six others including a child are in stable condition in the hospital.
