The mayor of Bor town has issued a decision appointing new members to the local court that consists of chiefs from greater Bor community after dismissing the former court members over misconduct.

The Bor town court was set up to solve social and domestic disputes in the town.

 In an order issued on Monday, Mayor Peter Akim Ajieth Buny appointed nine chiefs to the court. The appointed members include Kuch Amol Mayen, Akoi Ayieth Agoth, Mayom Malaak Mayom, Madit Ngor Aman, Majok Yuot Ayuel Malaak Kuir Maketh, Daniel Makuol Panyang, Mamer Agot Thiong and Deng Malual Bol.
