The governor of South Sudan’s Boma State, Ismail Konyi, has sworn-in two ministers, two advisors and chairpersons for various commissions in the state.
The event took place at Boma state coordination office in Juba on Tuesday.
The officials who were sworn in included ministers of information and youth. Two advisors for administration and traditional authority were also among the officials sworn-in.
In his address during the swearing in ceremony, Governor Konyi asked the new officials to improve the security situation in the state and bordering areas.
